Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 18, 2023, Dropbox announced that Timothy Young has given notice of his decision to resign as President, effective February 1, 2023. He will remain at the Company until March 15, 2023 to ensure a smooth transition. Andrew Houston, Dropbox’s CEO and Chair of the Board, will lead the team in the interim.

“It’s been a privilege to navigate the last few years at Dropbox alongside Drew and the rest of the leadership team,” said Mr. Young. “I’m proud of everything we accomplished together, from supporting our customers through the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic to evolving our business and operating model as we led the transition to remote work. I’m confident this team will continue to take the company to even greater heights.”

“I’m grateful to Timothy for all his contributions to Dropbox over the years and wish him all the best,” said Mr. Houston. “We have a huge opportunity ahead of us to transform the way people work, and I’m excited to work closely with the team as we execute on our strategy for 2023.”
